We’re excited to announce that in 2011, Y&R Chicago won five Gold ADDY Awards and Five Silver ADDY Awards, as well as a Special Judges Citation of Excellence. Gold award winners included the National Domestic Violence Hotline viral public service announcement (which won two Golds as well as the Special Citation), the Craftsman Labs online video campaign, the Craftsman Music Experiment viral video, and the DieHard Battery vs. Gary Numan viral video (the latter two also won Silvers as well). In addition, other Silver award winners included the Sears Be the Santa You want to Be campaign, the hotels.com Virtual Vacay website, and the National Parks Conservation Association website give2cents.org.
